In 2017, I transitioned from retail to restaurant design by joining Barbeque Nation, gaining hands-on experience in the F&B industry. This role was an eye-opener, providing valuable insights into outlet development, kitchen design, brand launches, and process optimization across various stages of restaurant operations.

I had the opportunity to work with four distinct brands:

• Barbeque Nation – A leading buffet grill restaurant chain in India and abroad.
• Johnny Rockets – An iconic American QSR brand.
• Toscano – A renowned Italian fine-dining chain in South India.
• You and Barbeque – Barbeque Nation’s QSR and delivery concept

This experience allowed me to gain expertise in designing for different restaurant types, understanding that each customer segment demands a unique experience. The cost factor also plays a crucial role in defining an uncompromised experience, while ensuring consistent brand storytelling across diverse dining formats.
